Dave Hardy began his construction career in 1997, completing more than 800 residential and commercial projects. Dave’s work has always been rooted in building with intention and integrity, and in a way that elevates how people live.
Zack Jancsar entered real estate in 2004 and quickly expanded into agricultural, development, multi‑family, residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. He also leads succession planning alongside trusted accountants and lawyers, ensuring clients receive a full‑service experience that expands their possibilities.
